HSA/FSA
1. Eligibility - If your aim is to treat/prevent conditions like obesity, diabetes, hypertension or chronic stress, you are eligible.
2. Ask your doctor for a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) stating that coaching is necessary to treat or prevent the condition you are being coached on.
3. Submit the LMN and coaching invoice to your HSA administrator for reimbursement.
